Fabricated Adjustable Bench
Full drawing package including 3D models, 2D drawings and DXF flats for a complete adjustable bench assembly for a gym environment, made up of steel box sections, laser cut flats, and bended sheet metal. Designed for ease of manufacture with minimal welding and semi permanent fasteners.

Meet Will,
founder of WMB Design Solutions

At WMB Design Solutions, we turn ideas into precise, manufacturable designs. Founded by Will, a mechanical engineer with over 6 years' experience in the medical and transport sectors, he brings expertise in precision machining, sheet metal, and injection moulding, working closely with trusted suppliers to ensure designs are production-ready and cost-effective.
Will has delivered projects from designing test rigs for medical device quality control to taking a fully electric disabled access ramp from prototype stage, refining it for manufacture, and overseeing its rollout — now widely used across London by Transport for London. He uses 3D printing extensively to prototype and test concepts, streamlining the path from idea to production.
When not engineering, Will can be found wrestling with a DIY van conversion or proving his golf swing is as much a work in progress as the van.
